Our Story

RIGI is the fruit of a dream, of a common project, of a summer trip to Bali and of working with PASSION and EFFORT since June 2022.

Founded by two passionate individuals seeking to channel their energy and love into something meaningful. In a market where many companies offer similar services, we stand out by treating each client with a personalized touch, simplifying complex processes, and offering a wide range of services that cover every aspect of real estate from development to management, consulting, land acquisition, and legal support.

Our journey has been marked by significant milestones, including the successful construction and operation of two completed projects, with three more currently underway (a total of 15 villas under construction). Our vision for the future is to continue growing alongside a dedicated group of investors who share our commitment to excellence and our passion for Bali's unique culture and values.

Meet Rita, a versatile professional with a robust background and invaluable experience. Rita holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Lisbon University and a Master's in Management from NOVA SBE. She has demonstrated her financial acumen through her previous role in the Equity Capital Markets team at BNP Paribas, showcasing her expertise and diverse skill set. Currently, Rita is further enhancing her knowledge by pursuing a Postgraduate Program in Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Ignacio Abril Caro

CO FOUNDER & REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER
Meet Ignacio, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bournemouth University and a Master's in Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from NOVA SBE, making him a dynamic addition to our team. With a strong background in both management and entrepreneurship, Ignacio's skills are a perfect fit for our real estate projects. Having lived in Spain, the UK, Austria, Switzerland, and Portugal, Ignacio brings a rich international perspective to our ventures, allowing us to approach real estate with a fresh and global outlook.
Marta Martin

OPERATIONS & PROJECT MANAGER
Meet Marta, with dual degrees in Law and Business Management, has worked for renowned firms like Deloitte where she excelled in sales and finance. With a strong understanding of business fundamentals and international experience, having lived in Spain, Italy and Australia, she has also been recognised with multiple scholarships at ESIC Business School. Here, she deepened her expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and interpersonal skills, further enriching her professional profile.
